love day

best valentine's day ever! i got fresh roses from my boyfriends garden--so prefect! it was a magic evening. i love love.

we switched it up this year and i made dinner for my man instead of us going out. i made homemade heart shaped wild mushroom ravioli with cream sauce, sautee rainbow carrots (yes, rainbow-yellow, orange and purple), herb and edible flower salad with strawberry shallot vinaigrette and a two nut chocolate torte and lots of wine if course. i think i'm going to celebrate valentine's every night!
